I selected the picture I wanted, (most difficult part), uploaded it, selected the size and types of pictures and mug that I wanted, paid for it and received a proof the next day to confirm, did that and received the pictures and mug that I wanted the following day, love the pictures and mug really good quality and likeness to the original picture, great quick service at a fair price
