Due to the custom nature of our products, orders cannot be cancelled. This is due to the fact that we are unable to resell a bespoke portrait. However, if you have changed your mind and are still within 24 hours of the order being placed, we may be able to assist you. Please contact us (firstname.lastname@example.org) quoting your order number.
As our products are of a personalised nature, we are not able to offer refunds. If for some reason you are not happy with the final piece at the preview stage, please let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate any changes.
It is really important that amendments are mentioned at this stage as once they are signed off and dispatched, we can not make any further changes.
Upon receipt of your purchase please inspect it thoroughly and contact us (quoting your order number) within 14 days if the item is damaged, defective or you have received the wrong item. We’ll then rectify the situation for you.
We reserve the right to refuse any claim notified outside of this time frame.
